Chigdril, Golog, Amdo Tibet

On March 17th, 2008, hundreds of Tibetans in Chigdril County in the Golog region of Amdo protested against Chinese rule (Tib: མགོ་ལོག གཅིག་སྒྲིལ་རྫོང་། Ch:久治县 果洛藏族自治州 Jigzhi Xian, Qinghai Province). The protesters marched from Minthang Monastery to a local police station where they raised the Tibetan national flag.
